What are the health benefits of diet coke (rather than a normal soft drink), if there are any?
I’m not on a diet, im just curious why it is better than other soft drink… DIET is just in the name of the drink.. DIET coke.

Health benefits? LOL Well, if you have gas, drinking diet coke will help. Besides that… probably no health benefits. Anyway you slice it, carbonated beverages are not good for you.
