How can I get a fast muscle recovery in my calves after jogging?

I like to jog every other day but it takes so long for the muscle in my calves to recover that im usually jogging on sore legs.I already stretch before and after running and have plenty of protein.What else works?

    do calf exercises inbetween the days that u jog… it may hurt a little but it is a hurt that will make the pain go away faster and drink more water!

    Strech your legs for 10 min after jogging and drink a big cup of milk. It works like magic. You should get enough sleeping too. when you fell that your legs are sore give urself a rest. you need it.

    Cross-training with non-weight bearing exercise is good, such as swimming to build muscle strength without strain. Wear thermal socks to improve healing & reduce muscle soreness. C a sports trainer if it doesn’t get better who can give u specific exercises for u.
