How do I keep from getting bored with my regular jog every night?

Every day I feel more and more bored w/ my routine of jogging 2 mi. every night. I change up where I go every day but i’m getting really bored and i dont want to go any more.
What can I do to keep from getting bored?
And what can I tell myself so I go every day?

    Buy an mp3 player and listen to it while your jogging.

    get some songs on an mp3 or run with someone, or even a little group.

    if you can’t do either than……run in happy land

    The key is to turn that jogging into something fun so that you -want- to go. Put on some music and turn up your favourite tracks! Find a friend who’d like to jog with you; if you ask around, I’m sure a lot of people do this kind of exercise and are glad to have some company.
    You can also try find a jogging community near you and jog with them instead! That way you can meet new people as well as find some ‘jogging buddies’!
    Some people (me included) have told themselves to try and make a commitment to regular exercise, but are always putting it off; you just might be the person to get them off the couch, and keep them off!
