how long should i be jogging a day in order to lose 15 pounds in 1 week follwed by dieting? any tips u have i will appreciate thanks :) wt type of excercises r good for weight loss

    Pretty much impossible unless you are really really really overweight and I don’t think that from your small picture.

    15 pounds in one week is not going to happen.. That is unhealthy 15 pounds maybe two or three weeks with about 45 minutes running

    It is not safe, healthy, or realistic to try to lose 15 lbs. in one week. The extremes of both diet in exercise that you would have to go to in order for it even to be possible would make it virtually impossible to maintain. A healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 lbs. per week. With some detox programs you can lose more, but they shouldn’t be maintained for more than a week or two.

    Impossible without seriously risking your health. You’d pretty much would have to stop eating all together, which would also mean you’d drop powerless after a mile on the third day. Whatever the reason, it’s not worth it. No guy is that cute.

    The only way you can lose that much weight in a week is to combine your jogging with a crash diet such as the fat burning soup diets.
