How long would I need to practice yoga?
I tried out Bikram yoga, but I just didn’t have enough time to do it all at once. I was wondering if there was a form of yoga that would let me do sequences that aren’t very long. I want to lose some weight and gain muscle, and I did that with Bikram. Any suggestions?

Are you familiar with Sun Salutations? (aka Surya Namaskar)
There are variations of which specific poses are done, but the “basic” series is usually built upon twelve particular poses.
You move from one pose to the next in conjunction with your inhale and exhale.
One set/round might take about a minute or so, but you may do as many sets as you like without stopping.
Repeating it uninteruppted for ten or fifteen minutes is a great “mini” workout in itself.
There are many web pages with info on Sun Salutations, plus many demo videos on youtube.com.
