How many calories can you burn jogging 30 minutes?

I’m planning on starting my day a bit healthier. I’m going to eat low fat yogurt and drink juice for breakfast. I plan on starting jogging every morning. How many calories will that burn? (the jogging part)

    You burn 279 calories. I think you should be having a proper breakfast. Toast, with peanut butter, then an apple and maybe a glass of milk
