I want to know how standing, walking, or jogging would affect the outcomes of a a blood pressure test or affect your heart rate. How will they change and what would be a normal range of change?

It depends on your level of daily activity and if you’re in shape or not. If you’re out of shape then your blood pressure and heart rate will likely raise faster and more drastically than someone who is in shape.
