I absolutely hate jogging! How can I motivate myself to go, even after a long boring day at work/school?

I already know that using my ipod makes it better, but how do you convince yourself that you like jogging? Or even better, why do you like jogging? (On a treadmill at the stupid gym). Thanks! :)

For me, I hate running and jogging. I am a cheerleader and we have to run at almost every practice. For me, it gets boring. So when I’m not practicing, I don’t run at the treadmill, or my school track. I take a different route every day, like a lap around my neighborhood, or to the park and back. New sights, ya know?
And for motivation, I would maybe set a goal and reward for yourself.

You don’t have to jog in order to do cardio. Hit the gym and use a bike or elliptical. You don’t have make running your cardio. There are many other ways to exercise. Make your exercise something that you look forward to, like rollerblading.

First I do not go to the gym or run on a treadmill I run outside and change up my routes.
I run with a friend–my boyfriend is an avid runner and he helps me stay motivated on those days I just do not feel like getting out there.
I run for a goal. I just started the couch 2 5k program and plan on doing my first 5k run in Feb
I make a schedule. I have a training schedule that I am following that gradually increases the time I spend running vs walking, so that I know that I have to get out there at least so many days for so long.
    Hope that helps a little
