    Swimming laps is always good. Then add paddles to do resistence in the pool. REally any simmwing exercise is great exercise.

    Balance it. Sprints, distance, drills, kick, pull and intervals.

    Google Swimming Workouts and it will give you tons of options to try. Also, there is a book called The Fit Swimmer available at bookstores that gives tips, tricks and workouts for all levels.
