What is the best swimming routine you can use to loose weight and tone up?

Im going to start swimming every morning for half an hour before school.
I wont to lose weight and tone up especially on the torso, loose beer gut ect.
Im a pretty good swimmer and i know all the strokes
15 years old male – 178cm and 78.9kg

its not a big pool only my one at home about 12

    As long as you are swimming, you burn calories. The breastcrawl is good for the shoulders.

    Do supermans to loose weight around the torso.

    all swimming strokes will build you strong torso, especially freestyle and butterfly. but the latetr is hard to swim long.
    to lose calories, do interval workouts; this not only builds muscles, but also burns huge amounts of calories. But please start moderately and increase yor workout intensty slowly so as not to injure yourself.

    Swimming is a great way to lose weight, builds muscles and burns fat like no other activity with a whole lot of fun. Swimming is great but to reap the same calorie burn from a 30 min swim as say 30 min run is very hard – not many people can swim vigorously non-stop 30 min. try breast stroke as it burns more calories than freestyle.
    It is okay if you swim in your own pool as long it will suit for you to swim (much better if you have a bigger pool/lap pool).
