What swimming stroke / workout is best for developing a v-shaped torso?
I have 2 months of holiday and I can swim as much as I want upstream, could anyone please suggest a general training plan in order to develop a v torso. Doesn’t have to be only swimming.
a regular swim stroke will work on your shoulders. then a breast stroke will develop you chest muscles. i wound swim one way one day, and the other the next day. that will give your muscles some rest time and will let them heal and grow.
