Why do I start sneezing and eyes watering after jogging/walking a mile or two?

I ran a mile today for the first time in a few months. Afterwards, my eyes are watering and nose is running. I start to sneeze but nothing happens. I can’t sneeze. The only other time that this has happended was when I took a PE class in college that required us to run laps around the gym. My eyes would water and nose would run after the class (when we ran inside). BUT tonight, I was jogging outside.
I’m thinking dust and pollen?
Thanks!

probably you are allergic to fresh cut grass or pollen.

You are most likely being exposed to irritants and/or allergens in the air while you are running.

Yep, it’s probably a combination of things. Dust, pollen, etc. Try and find a track to run on, rather than a dusty road. Good luck!
