Why do people ask such inappropriate questions in the “Men’s Health” section?

People ask the kind of questions that if you ask it in real life, people would say, “Excuse me?”.

Probably because they can’t ask them in real life
Some do it for effect (trolling); some because they don’t know it is not allowed on this site. Either way, they are open for being reported and removed as violations.
You have to remember we have a lot of very young people on here as well. They don’t dare ask their parents so the next best thing is here where people can’t see their them face to face. Most of them probable don’t even realize how inappropriate these questions are. Their kids!
