For some reason the last few times that iv went to have sex with my girlfriend i couldnt. Im hard right up untill the point i put the condom on and go to have sex, can anyone help?

Try to do exercise more regularly. Also, try not to have masturbate often because sometimes you or your body is so used to masturbation and makes you want masturbation more than the sex. Try more foreplaying with gf.
