Is there a woman’s health care place in vegas that will treat minors for trichinosis without parental consent?

I am a 16 year old girl. I had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend four times and we’ve only used a condom once out of the four. Ever since the second time we had sex, i have started to bleed after intercourse. my discharge is also abnormal. i am 99.9% positive i have trichinosis. i was just wondering if there is a place that i could go without my mother knowing, and without knowing my health care information. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
