Actually it is only considered homicide if the fetus is viable.
liberals don’t think rationally when setting laws
Because, being pro-choice is about the woman having the right to decide what to do with her body. The government and criminals should not be involved in the decision-making process. That law is entirely consistent with the principles of the pro-choice movement. I’m sure you thought you came up with a clever one though, didn’t you?

I certainly don’t make that distinction, but the law does in many states. It’s a contradiction, no doubt about it.

there are many reasons why a woman gets an abortion maybe she was raped or something
and no i am for abortion but i guess there are some situations where it’s inevitable like perhaps the mother’s life can be in danger because of the pregnancy…so on and so forth
