    Many people notice early on in their pregnancies. However, some people don’t notice until 11 or 12 weeks. Usually, by that point, the ectopic pregnancy will become very painful and can cause serious health issues.

    On average, most Ectopic pregnancies are discovered around 6-8 weeks pregnant. Mine ruptured my fallopian tube at 9 weeks. If you are 11 weeks there would have/should have been some indication prior to now if you have one- bleeding, moderate to severe pain, severe nauseau, vomiting, shoulder pain, dizziness, low or not rising hCG count, etc.
